A great little seat was created to hide the structural beams.

To convert this large 40m2 attic space of a domestic property into an easily accessible and sustainable storage solution, a large amount of ductwork had to be re-routed as it was obstructing many sections of the area. This restriction to the available space and its functionality, hid the potential of this large attic and the overall area the client could utilise. To overcome the ductwork obstructions we were able to design the ducts to be diverted around the exterior of the new storage space to therefore make the entire attic available for the client. As you can now see, the whole attic space was successfully converted into a large new storage solution, and has allowed the client to install additional air conditioning, and an increase in the overall property value.

A project such as this displays the care and consideration taken when installing large dust proof rooms. Weak points in the ceiling must be initially identified and the necessary measures must put in to place to insure the ceiling is structurally sound. Due to the in depth knowledge of structural principals required for this type of work, we ensure qualified an experienced carpenters for each job.
